How to Spa

Reservations & Appointments

Advance reservations are suggested. E-mail us with any questions or comments about our services at info@angelfacespa.com.
All prices and services are subject to change without prior notification. A credit card is required to hold any scheduled appointment.

Spa Arrival

All clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointments.

Medical Conditions

Clients are required to provide notice of any relevant medical conditions prior to receiving services.

Courtesy Policy

Please be considerate of others by discontinuing the use of cell phones upon arrival.
Clients are asked to refrain from being accompanied by children under the age of 10.

Gift Certificates

The full value of all gift certificates expires 5 years from the date of purchase.
Gift certificates are redeemable towards services and retail, and are non-refundable, but transferable.
Please provide gift certificates prior to receiving your service, if you wish to use them as your method of payment.

Gratuities

Clients should be advised that gratuities are not included in the price of spa services and are discretionary; 18 to 20% is customary.
Envelopes are available at the front desk. Gratuities are not to be added to any credit card transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24-hour notice on weekdays and 48-hour notice on weekends.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be subject to a full charge or forfeiture of the gift certificate.

Returns

Returns of any kind must be made within 3 business days of purchase and are subject to spa credit only.
All Makeup & Skincare items are final sale.
